This policy covers this public website only — the pages you can browse without logging in (calendar, classes, blog, gallery, and similar pages). If you have an account in our online parent/member portal, that portal is operated by our platform provider, MyCoop, under its own Privacy Policy, which covers enrollment, family, and student data.

• Analytics: We may use website analytics (such as Google Analytics, or a self-hosted visit counter) to see which pages visitors use. Google Analytics may set cookies. It is not used on our Games or Resources pages, which are written for students. We do not use session-recording tools on this site.
• Forms you submit: If you use a contact, suggestion, or similar form on this site, we collect what you enter (e.g. name, email, and your message) so we can respond.

As a homeschool co-op, our gallery and blog pages may include photos, first names, or stories involving co-op families and their children. This content is shared by co-op members and families as part of our community, not collected from site visitors. If you are a member of our co-op and would like content about your family removed or updated, contact us using the information below.

This website is informational and is not directed at collecting personal information directly from children. Any information about children that appears on this site (such as in blog posts or the photo gallery) is provided by their parent or guardian as part of their family's co-op membership.

This site links out to third-party services for things like class registration and donations (for example RegFox or our payment processor). Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them — this policy only covers our own website.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
